7 Reasons Your Energy Supplement Stack May Not Be Working

The cause of fatigue has not been investigated
Persistent tiredness can be associated with sleep disorders, iron or B12 deficiency, thyroid disease, infection, medication effects, mood disorders and other medical causes. A stimulant or supplement can mask a signal without addressing it.
Seek medical assessment for persistent, unexplained, sudden or worsening fatigue, especially when it occurs with breathlessness, chest pain, fainting, weakness, bleeding, fever or unintentional weight loss.
The product relies on stimulation instead of energy pathways
Caffeine can increase alertness, but alertness is not the same as mitochondrial ATP production. Repeatedly increasing stimulant intake can also disrupt sleep and perpetuate the next-day cycle.
Decide whether the goal is short-term alertness or non-stimulant support for pathways involved in cellular energy. The evidence and safety questions are different.
The label contains many low-dose ingredients

The expected timeline is unrealistic

In 66 adults aged 65 to 90, selected muscle-endurance measures improved, but the primary six-minute-walk and maximal-ATP endpoints were not significant. The trial reported industry ties and did not test Energy Complex™.
