New book chapter about our DNA-encoded dynamic libraries!

We are pleased to announce the release of a new book chapter entitled “DNA-Encoded Dynamic Combinatorial Chemical Libraries” written in collaboration with the Zhang lab of BCUBE at TU Dresden. This chapter describes how an interconnected series of creative innovations led to the advancement of dynamic DEL in terms of selection stringency, signal-to-noise ratio, and affinity maturation, and how these parameters can be fine-tuned to each target protein. The chapter has been published in the book “DNA-Encoded Libraries” (Editors: Scheuermann, J.; Li, Y.), by Thieme Verlag KG.

Congratulations to Francesco Reddavide, Stephan Heiden and Michael Thompson and all the DyNAbind team on this publication.
